At Diamond Cross Ranch, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, you may return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
